Communication & Contact Mechanisms

We believe that the improvement of our various services (academic, counseling, and educational) can only be achieved through receiving your feedback, which will positively impact our students. Therefore, we provide you with a range of communication channels through which you can share your observations or suggestions

Communication Channels Procedures for Each Communication Channel
In-person or virtual educational meetings to assess your children’s academic and behavioral status. School administrations will send a message via the online platform before the meeting date, confirming the meeting time through a text message to your registered phone number, informing you of the meeting’s time, location, and purpose.
Individual Meetings If a parent wishes to request an individual meeting to discuss an urgent issue, they can follow these procedures:

  • Contact the relevant school administration to schedule an appointment, after which the administration will inform you of the individual meeting’s time and place.
  • Visit the school reception at the appointed time to collect the parent’s card, which will direct you to the meeting location.
  • Submit the card upon departure and evaluate the service, if desired.
  • If the parent feels the issue was not addressed, they can escalate the issue to the Head of the Student and Parent Affairs Department, and then to the Director of Admissions and Student Affairs if the problem remains unresolved.

Important Note: The primary reference for the student and parent is the school administration, which is the gateway for following up on observations, suggestions, or complaints. We apologize for not accepting any observations submitted outside of this official procedure.

Suggestions and Complaints Email You can send your suggestions or observations to the email [email protected], and we will follow up according to the procedures and provide you with feedback through the school administration as soon as possible, or through the approved platform.
Office Hours The schools will notify you via the educational platform of the office hours for each teacher with the approved phone number during the third week of the academic year.
Educational Platform You can send your observations to the teachers and receive key feedback from them regarding academic and behavioral matters concerning the student.
Website and Social Media These channels are designated for reporting events and activities organized by the schools, and any urgent matters related to the educational process or otherwise.
