International Pioneers Academy Schools continues to implement its training programs for new teachers in accordance with professional standards. It recently conducted a training session as part of the Professional Diploma in Education program, focusing on teaching and learning strategies. The aim was to develop teaching competencies and enhance the use of modern strategies in the classroom, positively impacting student learning.
The plan included training new teachers on the global professional standards adopted by the IPA, in partnership with the Consulting and Training Center at the University of Jordan. The training session was led by educational supervisor Ms. Amani Jarrar.
