The Occupational Safety and Health Unit in the schools, in cooperation with the Civil Defense Directorate in central Amman, carried out an experimental evacuation drill in both Boys’ and Girls’ Secondary Schools. The aim was to enhance students’ and teaching staff’s readiness to deal with emergency situations, and to reinforce concepts of public safety within the school environment. The evacuation process was carried out smoothly and effectively in accordance with the approved procedures, alongside remarkable interaction from students and teachers. This reflects a high level of awareness and commitment to preventive instructions. The School’s administration extends its thanks and appreciation to the Civil Defense personnel and the Occupational Safety and Health Unit for their efforts and continued cooperation in promoting a culture of safety and maintaining both security and safety
