Financial Discounts
Financial discounts are calculated sequentially from the net tuition fees:

This discount is applicable to one parent only.
Early Payment Discount:
A discount is applied when the full financial dues for the academic year are paid, calculated from the net tuition fees and transportation fees:
- 10% Discount: If full payment is made within the first month of registration.
- 8% Discount: If full payment is made within the second month of registration.
- 5% Discount: If full payment is made within the third month of registration.
Note: The early payment discount becomes void if any checks issued within the specified period are not honored, and the parent is not entitled to claim this discount later
Quran Memorization Discount (Hafiz Grant):

- The Hafiz Grant is available only for students who were enrolled in the previous academic year.
- The Hafiz discount is not automatically renewed for students who received it the previous year unless they pass the recitation test according to the scheduled date.
- Students are eligible for the grant only for the Juz they memorized for the first time.
- Students are not entitled to the same discount rate for memorizing the same Juz more than once, except for students who have memorized fifteen Juz or more.
Academic Excellence Grants:
To encourage academically exceptional students and enhance their abilities, the school offers incentives for high-achieving students from grades four to eleven in both the national and international programs as follows:
- A cash reward for students in grades four to six.
- Discounts on tuition fees based on an in-person excellence test conducted in the second semester for:
- Students in grades seven and eight who have an average of 97% or above according to first semester results.
- Students in grades nine to eleven who have an average of 95% or above according to first semester results.
- The student will receive the excellence discount for the academic year following the year of excellence.
- Excellence discounts and scholarships are subject to the internal regulations of the schools.
General Rules
- The school administration has the authority to decide on any conditions or clauses not mentioned in the registration guide in accordance with the approved systems and instructions.
- The maximum total of exemptions for a single student cannot exceed 100% of the tuition fees due.
- Transportation fees are excluded from any discounts except for early payment discounts.
- Discounts are applied sequentially, where the next discount is calculated from the remaining amount after the previous discount.
- A fee of 200 JDs will be charged for each student who received a full scholarship for service costs.
- Privileges and discounts awarded to a student or family are not automatically renewed and are not considered a right unless all conditions and terms are met and approved by the administration.
- The school does not cover costs for chronic illnesses or health issues resulting from them, and parents are required to inform the school of any health problems their children have.
- The school reserves the right to use student grades, names, and images in advertising when necessary.
- All electronic communication methods are considered valid for approvals, notifications, and communications with parents, replacing paper transactions. All resulting effects are binding on the parents.
- Student acceptance for the academic year is subject to compliance with the instructions and announcements issued by the Ministry of Education.
- According to the Ministry of Education’s instructions, the school regrets not accepting new students (cancellation and denial of attendance) if they fail to provide a file meeting the above conditions before the start of the academic year.
- Excellence discounts cannot be combined with Quran memorization discounts; the student will receive the higher of the two discounts.
- The school has the right to cancel a student’s registration within two months of the school’s start if the student does not comply with the student code of conduct or displays behavioral issues that hinder their integration with peers, such as autism or other issues that the school’s guidance programs cannot address.
- This guide is effective in its entirety and supersedes any previous versions.
Cash Reward:
Students who are among the top ten in the national secondary school exam may receive a cash reward of up to 15,000 JDs, as determined by the school’s regulations and instructions.
