- The registration season is announced annually in April.
- Priority registration is given to IPA students until the end of June. After this date, new students from outside IPA are given equal registration priority, with priority going to those who register first.
- Priority for book distribution, uniform sales, and registration for additional services is given to those who register first.
- The registration contract is valid for one academic year only; it does not renew automatically. Parents must visit the Admissions and Registration Department to re-register students, sign the registration contract, and pay the due fees.
- The annual registration guide is considered an integral part of the registration contract for the respective academic year.
Renewal of Registration for Returning Students
- Payment of the required installments as per the fee payment mechanism.
- Signing of the registration contract for the academic year by the parent or their authorized representative, after reviewing and agreeing to all its terms.
Registration of New Students
Academic Admission
- Kindergarten Program: Personal interview conducted by the kindergarten administration.
- Students from Grades 1 to 3: Personal interview conducted by the school administration.
- Students from Grades 4 to 10: Written tests in core subjects (Arabic, English, and Mathematics) and a personal interview conducted by the school administration.
Students in Grades 11-12:
- National Program: Written tests in core subjects (Arabic, English, and Mathematics) and a personal interview conducted by the school administration.
- International Program: Evaluation based on external examination results and a personal interview conducted by the school administration.
