International Pioneers Academy Schools organized training as part of the professional diploma program in education, focusing on managing a stimulating classroom environment. The aim was to empower teachers to create a positive educational environment and enhance interaction and self-discipline within the classroom, which supports effective student learning.
The plan included training new teachers on the global professional standards adopted by the academy, in partnership with the Consultation and Training Center at the University of Jordan. The training course was led by educational supervisor, Dr. Rahma Abu Shamais.
