Ms. Rasha Alayan, British Program Coordinator and Head of Accreditation at IPA – International Program, participated in the 2025 Study Tour in the United Kingdom, organized by the British Council for the MENA region.
Throughout the week, participants engaged in workshops, keynote sessions, group discussions, and visits to leading institutions such as Perse School, Avanti House Secondary School, and the University of Cambridge.
The tour aimed to foster dialogue on pressing educational challenges, including teacher shortages, the impact of AI on education and management, and strategies for enhancing staff well-being.
Designed to strike a balance between practical learning, cultural immersion, and networking opportunities, the program provided a comprehensive and enriching experience.
